Pong! Why not?

Pong-style game made with C++ from scratch. Runs as an executable only on Windows. Has a single player mode and local multiplayer. The match ends when one player reaches certain amount of points.

Tower Defense (Prototype)

Prototype of a Tower Defense game. Fulfills all the requirements of a basic Tower Defense game, store, enemies, lives, and so on. Made in less than a week

Square Tap (Project)

Cliker game project. Three different power-ups, Click on the square a certain amount of clicks, have three states click, warning, and no-click this last one decreases the timer seconds and also avoids the skulls that decrease the seconds. Level system like Super Mario Bros 3 with bonus levels, made with scriptable objects to make it scalable.

Breakless Delivery

Casual 2D platform, avoid obstacles and do all deliveries doing jumps, double jumps and wall sliding, without stopping. made with two artists and one composer

Casual VR shooting game in which enemies appear around you and you dodge projectiles and try to shoot them back to get the highest score possible.

Top Down Shooter (Demo)

2D Top down shooter made with Unity where you shoot clowns that follow you and shoot you back, there is a selection of three guns (revolver, shotgun and an uzi).

Languages

Since Unity 5 I've been using C#, which provides me with strong knowledge of OOP. Also implemented tools such as Windows Forms in some instances. Besides I've knowledge with GDScript which I started to use in 2021 and Verse for UEFN in 2023, although they are not my strongest ones, like C#, I'd confidently say I have a very good grasp of it's main functionalities and syntax.

Engines

Unity I've been deeply invested in developing on Unity since the release of Unity 5, with more than 5 years using the engine and still learning it's many incredible functionalities. I dominate most of these utilities within the engine, from Scriptable objects, Cinemachine, Unity events and Text Mesh Pro, to Animations, Animator, Profiler and PlasticSCM.
Godot Been using Godot since 2021 and still learning, especially with the new release of Godot 4. The projects I've worked on have been all 2D, with understanding of layers and physics layers, the animation system, sprite editor and more.

Productivity

Paint.Net Basically all of the assets in my projects are original, and Paint.NET has been my go-to image editor due to it's usefulness and functionalities.
Trello Personally essential when it comes to project organizing and productivity, wether alone or working with a team. Miro has also been a very good alternative
English certification, IELTS, with an overall 6.0.

About Me

My name is Nicholai Alexander Totin Arnalot, born and raised in Chile, currently living in Spain. Videogames have been a passion of mine since I can remember. I enjoy all kinds of genres, from Roguelike, FPS, Platformers and Fighting, to RPG's, Strategy, Puzzle and more, though my personal favorites are RPG's, FPS and Platformers. I've had the intention of entering the videogame development industry since 2014, and after many years of studying and creating passion projects, I feel confident in joining a team just as passionate to put my abilities to use in creating unique experiences.
In my free time, besides playing games, I like going out, hanging out with friends, excersicing, and I', always open to discovering new hobbies and activities.
